Method:

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, slice them thinly, steam them over water, and then mash them into mashed potatoes. Processed into fine mashed potatoes, or retaining some soft granules, the final taste is different.
  2. Wash the carrots thoroughly and shred them into fine carrot shreds. If they don't shred very finely, you can chop them a few more times with a knife.
  3. Mix mashed potatoes, egg mixture, and shredded carrots into a paste. Heat it up in a non stick pan without adding oil. Scoop a spoonful of the paste with a small spoon and spread it out into a small cake with a diameter of 5 centimeters. Once cooked, flip it over and take it out. It's very soft and delicious, and can be broken into small pieces for babies to eat on their own~
